The Fremont Tour

Our Tour Guides wear many different hats (literally…) and when they aren’t entertaining guests at Ride the Ducks, they often find other ways to show off Seattle. Meet Sonny Daze.
He joined the Ride the Ducks family this year and enjoys sharing the city with guests any chance he gets. In fact, Sonny Daze operates a walking tour in the Fremont District of Seattle! With public art around every corner, Fremont has a colorful history and is known as one of the most unique parts of town.

This 90-minute walking tour, just a half mile long, promotes public art using a mix of public sculpture and improvisational street theater. During The Fremont Tour, a Street Theater you will participate in an ART ATTACK, fire a 47” tall Fremont Rocket, and meet the Fremont Troll’s long lost cousin under the Aurora Bridge. Your Guide will dress in costume and tell the story of the neighborhood’s public art, even playfully involving strangers at times! Each walking tour is fun and unique.
