Seattle Pride Parade ’17

Last Sunday, the city of Seattle came together for one of the biggest parades of the year–the 43rd Annual Pride Parade! Though temperatures soared well past 90 degrees, people flocked to the streets sporting rainbow-themed costumes and signs in support of the LGBTQ community. The parade marched along 4th Avenue and ended at Seattle Center, where a vibrant rainbow flag waved proudly at onlookers from the top of the Space Needle.

Ride the Ducks was lucky enough to partake in the festivities with Expedia on board our decked-out Duck! Captain Bjorn Toorun was at the helm, Tour Guide Heidi Claire practiced her princess waves at parade-goers, and Captain Dan Tennille busted out some sweet moves along the route. Catch a glimpse of the fun in the gallery below!
